Product Warranty

The Appbot Riley carries a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.  Warranty starts after purchase based on shipping date.
If the product fails within warranty period without any physical damage and or modification, we will follow bellow procedure.

  1. We will repair or replacing defective parts.
  2. If parts are not available, we will ship refurbished unit.

Customer pays return cost of defective product under warranty and we will ship and pay ground only.

 

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping when you buy from our VARRAM USA website. We offer free ground shipping in the United States. We do not ship to P.O Box.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico need additional shipping charge and longer delivery time compared with ground rates.

 

30-day Money Back Guarantee

The returned product(s) must be returned with all parts inside box supplied are in good physical condition. (Not physically broken or damaged.)

The product must be returned with original box with all inner box materials at the time of buying.

End user is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please, send with sales receipt or invoice reason for return. It will usually take up to 5 business days after receiving to make refund. We will process reasonable procedure to finish refund. However if there will be more time needed then we will contact you through phone call or e-mail.


Return Policy

Appbot Riley return policies are applied to products purchased by end user from VARRAM USA website. If you made a purchased from offline and/or on-line retailer, you must request return or refund from the store.

You can download RMA form from our website at Customer Support.
Please follow bellow return process.

1st. Please contact VARRAM USA in order to get RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department.. You can call by phone or e-mail to us.

2nd.  Please, fill out RMA worksheet and sign with date. You can download from your website.

3rd.  If you return for refund, then package must contain all of the parts when you purchased Appbot Riley. Be sure to turn off Riley and properly packed with packing material in order not to make any damage during transportation.

If your Riley is not used and not opened then please use another box to pack and send to us.

Bellows are the exceptions for the return and refund.

  1. The product is not purchased from VARRAM USA website.
  2. No RMA numbers are issued or not available on RMA worksheet.
  3. Product(s) is (are) modified, water damaged, broken.
  4. In case of broken damage will be applied restocking fee.
  5. UPC code is removed or damaged.
  6. Product is opened and parts are missing.
  7. Product damage caused by use of different adaptor.
